New urban development in El Ejido

The purpose of the project is to develop in the Secor S-4-SM Marina Golf the general schemes of infrastructures according to the Partial Plan for this sector, taking into account the existing Urbanistic Agreement of Collaboration between the promoter company and the El Ejido City Council for the development of the sanitation infrastructure of Ensenada de San Miguel.

Urbanization works were designed taking into account the development of adjacent sectors for the location of external connections. The works also included the promenade section within this sector.

Given that the S-4-SM sector is located in the center of Ensenada de San Miguel, sea-facing and battered by winds, the materials selected must withstand the aggressive marine environment to which they will be subjected. This criterion is also followed when selecting the urban furniture and plant species.

Therefore, the road network, the supply network under the roadway and a 2,000 m3 supply tank, a separate sewage network and an independent irrigation network are planned. The telephone network is located under the steelworks and the electricity network includes the underground MV line and two transformation centers, which will also supply the urban lighting network.
