Ayacucho enhances its air connection

The work entrusted to URCI corresponds to the supervision of the rehabilitation of the asphalt pavement of the Airside of the Alfredo Mendivíl Duarte Airport, in the city of Ayacucho, by milling the current pavement and replacing it with hot asphalt mix.

In some areas a deeper specific repair of the lower layers is necessary to remove pot-holes or bumps present in the airfield.

The supervised activities consisted of patching, pavement milling, removal of milled material, resurfacing, horizontal demarcation and cleaning.

In addition to the tasks of supervising the execution of the work units and verifying measurements to check the construction progress and the work program, URCI has carried out tasks of quality assurance and technical specifications, which include performing tests and trials on materials, as well as coordinating the health and safety and environmental aspects of construction.
