Liberating Lima for its Infrastructures
The study consists of the evaluation of expropriations originated by the construction of an urban highway or «Vía Expresa» at hot asphalt level, 34.79 km long, which connects Port of Callao, Jorge Chávez Airport and the national roads whose origin or destination is Lima, i.e. the Northern Pan-American (PE-1N), Canta-Huayllay-Emp PE-3N in Unish (PE-20A), Central road (PE-22), with the variant Ramiro Prialé Motorway (PE-22A) and the Southern Pan-American PE-1S. In addition, it connects the Santa Anita wholesale market through the Industrial Separator.
The area affected by the works that has been the subject of the expropriation evaluation is 1,020,000 m2, and the number of properties affected so far is 2,891 along El Callao and Lima.
The specific activities developed for the execution of this contract were based on field identification work according to cadastral information, collection and analysis of information from the registry and other entities, preparation of the strategic social plan, social characterization, identification of stakeholders and main social issues, and the preparation of technical-legal diagnosis based on the registry.
