New urban development in Almería

The urbanization works consist of the opening of roads and provision of services in the land located at the SUP-ACA-03 sector, in Vega de Acá, Almería.

The supply network is projected under the sidewalks or parking lots, with hydrants being placed every 200 m. Drainage is carried out by means of a semi-separate network, differentiating the wastewater and roofs’ rainwater from the roads’ rainwater. A closed circuit sprinkler irrigation system is installed.

The medium voltage network is built underground and is completed with the implementation of 4 transformation centers that will also supply the low voltage network and the projected urban lighting. The telephone and gas networks are also projected.
