Urban planning in Adra

The object of the contract is the preparation of a General Plan for the Urban Planning of Adra, which aims to comply with the existing guidelines and regulations on environment, urbanity, culture, infrastructure, etc., according to the town’s needs and estimates.

To this end, a diagnosis of the current situation and city strategies is carried out, taking into account the municipal needs at the level of services and facilities, designing an optimal location for these facilities.

In addition, comprehensive coordination is carried out with public bodies and administrations with competence at the municipal level, and GIS technology is used to process the territory data (environmental, cultural, etc.).

Finally, priority is given to the compact city model, in which different global uses coexist as a way to achieve urban sustainability.
