The strawberry from Huelva accesses inland Spain

The existing Badajoz-Huelva N-435 road runs along the entire province of Huelva from north to south and is the natural way out from southern Huelva towards the center and north of the country, by connecting with the A-66 motorway.

From km point 205+500 to 218+800, it passes through the urban centers of Beas and Trigueros, causing problems arising from the traffic flow through urban areas, in particular from heavy vehicles.

To solve this problem, a variant is projected between the municipalities of Beas and Trigueros. This section is 16.8 km long, has a two-lane roadway and design parameters (design speeds >100-120 km/h) for future roadway widening.

The section includes three diamond type links that connect the planned project with the existing N-435 road and a total of 25 structures, 6 of which are viaducts, 9 path, road or wildlife overpasses, 3 link structures and 7 underpasses.

Protective and corrective measures have also been planned in compliance with the DIA.
