Upgrading the Quality of Infrastructures of CYL

The purpose of the contract is to draw up the layout and construction projects for the conservation of state roads in Eastern Castile and León. These projects are classified into three groups:

1. – Projects of superficial and/or structural rehabilitation of surface road, emphasizing the reinforcement in the N-120 road between km points 83+000 and 109+098, and in the N-629 between km points 6+700 and 25+100.

2. – Projects to upgrade road safety, increase capacity and improve connectivity, in particular:

• The construction of the Fuentespina roundabout on the N-1 road
• The rehabilitation of bridges over the railway on the N-I road in Quintanaplana and Calzada de Bureba
• Slope stabilization and landslide protection on several sections of the Roads Department
• Construction of an additional slow lane and distance from the embankment slope on the N-120 in Puerto de la Pedraja
• Improvement of the route of the N-623, including the construction of a new bridge over the river Ebro

3. – Projects for the installation, replacement, repair or improvement of road elements such as vertical signaling, road markings, replacement of barriers, beaconing, etc.
