We comprehend the Peruvian Southern Gas Pipeline
The service consists of the preparation of a report for the technical evaluation of the engineering developed in the Improvement Project and development of the Peruvian Southern Gas Pipeline.
The scope of this service is as follows:
- Project conceptual review
- Civil works review
- Duct and auxiliary installations review
- Permit Situation and Environmental Issues
- Estimate of the budget for the work already carried out and planned
The Andes Project consists of the design, construction, financing, and maintenance of a gas pipeline, approximately 1,000 km long, that starts at the Malvinas Separation Station in Ticumpinia (Cusco) and crosses the Departments of Cusco, Apurimac, Puno, Arequipa, Moquegua, and Tacna:
- Section B starts in Ticumpinia and runs within the Safety Zone up to the Connection Point of the Integrated System with the existing pipeline of Transportadora de Gas del Perú S. A., and is made up of a 32″ diameter Natural Gas Pipeline and another 24″ diameter LNG pipeline up to the Connection Point.
- Section A1 consists of a 32″ pipeline that will transport Natural Gas from the Derivation Point to Urcos.
- Section A2 consists of a 32″ pipeline from Urcos to Mollendo and Ilo. From the derivation point to Mollendo and Ilo, the duct is 24″.
The Project also includes the design, construction, financing and maintenance of 1 Compression Station located at km 04+500 of section B, with a total power of approximately 90,000 HP, 3 secondary branches with their corresponding City Gates for distribution to Quillabamba, Cusco-Anta and Mollendo, and 7 connection stations.
