In order to do so, it is planned to lower Du\u00e1rez Avenue and build an elevated roundabout over it that connects directly with the bridge and Santa Rosa Avenue, for which side ramps are added from Morales Du\u00e1rez Avenue to complete the connection.<\/p>\r\n        <p>The Santa Rosa Bridge is restricted both by the Obstacle Limiting Surface of the airport runway and by the avenues of the R\u00edmac river. For this reason, a unique inverted structure with a total span of 65 meters has been designed. It will have a total of 4 lanes in each direction, side shoulders and paths that connect both banks of the river.<\/p>\r\n        <p>The actions on the river Rimac proposed in the study recover its course. The section between the Elmer Facuett and N\u00e9stor Gambetta Avenues is planned to be built up in such a way as to eliminate the existing side hillocks formed by anthropic material. This allows for the recovery of these areas for the future recreation of residents.<\/p>\r\n        <p>The planned interchange consists of an underpass with 4 lanes (2 in each direction) of 3.60 m each, a separator, shoulders and sidewalks, allowing a gauge of 5.50 m, which will maintain the continuity of Morales Du\u00e1rez Avenue and its connection with the Port of El Callao. The Roundabout located over this underpass will have a total of 4 lanes offering connections with Santa Rosa Avenue, the Airport and the access ramps to Morales Du\u00e1rez Avenue, in such a way that it is in this intersection where movements in the area are arranged.<\/p>\r\n        <p>The proposed actions are located in an urban area and, due to its relevance, being the entry gate to Peru, it calls for the need to complement and embellish the infrastructure.
