The High Speed Train arrives in Vitoria<\/h3>\r\n

The purpose of the project is to connect the Burgos – Vitoria High Speed Line with the Integration of the railway in the city of Vitoria, thus enabling commissioning the Burgos – Vitoria and Vitoria – Bilbao High Speed Lines.<\/p>\r\n

This connection will be carried out by means of a high-speed platform section of approximately 3.6 km, running through the municipalities of Iru\u00f1a de Oca and Vitoria-Gasteiz, province of Alava. <\/p>\r\n

The definition of the route takes into account the conditions imposed by the DIA, maintaining transverse permeability, the presence of a 400 kV high voltage overhead line Gasteiz – Vitoria, the proximity of the river Zadorra and the non-affection of the plot where the future J\u00fandiz Intermodal Terminal will be located.<\/p>\r\n
