Application for the Management, Processing, Procurement and Regularization of the Lands necessary for the execution of Infrastructures<\/p>\r\n

Process and Procedure Standardization for the provision of Land required for the execution of Public Works.<\/p>\r\n

Description:<\/h3>\r\n

The processing and management of the land required for the implementation of a linear infrastructure poses a difficult task when it comes to procuring it, all motivated by both the legal status of the taxable person and the legal status of the property.<\/p>\r\n

Through the use of tools on a GIS or CAD platform, the occupied land is determined according to the topographic survey of the plots and the projected design, validating the result against the existing cadastral information in the Public Records. This allows us to know the actual surface area of the land, the presence or absence of buildings, the use of the land, and other conditions that may exist.<\/p>\r\n

Once the affected plots have been procured, the application allows for the processes standardization so as to release the lands, without being conditioned either by the legal nature of the property (ownership, rental, possession, occupation) or by the legal status of the taxpayer (owner, holder or occupant), in order to speed up the acquisition process, either through the Mutual Agreement or the Expropriation.<\/p>\r\n
