Investment:<\/span> \r\n                <span>USD 424.223.502 <\/span>\r\n            <\/p>\r\n            <p>\r\n                <span class=\"titulo\">Co\u00fbt cabinet-conseil:<\/span> \r\n                <span>USD 762,784.06<\/span>\r\n            <\/p>\r\n            <p>\r\n                <span class=\"titulo\">P\u00e9riode:<\/span> \r\n                <span>2017<\/span>\r\n            <\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n        <h3 class=\"rojo\">Lib\u00e9rant Lima pour ses infrastructures<\/h3>\r\n        <p>L\u2019\u00c9tude consiste en l\u2019\u00e9valuation des expropriations g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es par la construction d\u2019une autoroute urbaine ou voie expresse au niveau d\u2019asphalte \u00e0 chaud, de 34,79 km de long, qui relie le port de Callao, l\u2019a\u00e9roport Jorge Ch\u00e1vez et les routes nationales dont l\u2019origine ou la destination est Lima, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire, la panam\u00e9ricaine nord (PE-1N), la Canta-Huayllay-Bret PE-3N \u00e0 Unish (PE-20A), la route centrale (PE-22), avec la d\u00e9viation que suppose l\u2019autoroute Ramiro Prial\u00e9 (PE-22A) et la panam\u00e9ricaine sud PE-1S. Elle relie de plus, \u00e0 travers la Separadora Industrial, le march\u00e9 des grossistes \u00e0 Santa Anita.<\/p>\r\n        <p>La surface affect\u00e9e par les travaux et qui a fait l\u2019objet de l\u2019\u00e9valuation d\u2019expropriations est de 1 020 000 m2 et le nombre d\u2019immeubles affect\u00e9s s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve jusqu\u2019\u00e0 maintenant \u00e0 2 891 tout au long de El Callao et Lima.<\/p>\r\n        <p>Les activit\u00e9s sp\u00e9cifiques d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es pour l\u2019ex\u00e9cution de ce contrat se sont bas\u00e9es sur des travaux d\u2019identification de terrain sur la base d\u2019informations cadastrales, rassemblement et analyse d\u2019informations de registre et d\u2019autres entit\u00e9s, l\u2019\u00e9laboration du plan strat\u00e9gique social, la caract\u00e9risation sociale, l\u2019identification de stakeholders et les principaux probl\u00e8mes sociaux et l\u2019\u00e9laboration de diagnostic technique l\u00e9gal sur la base de registre. <\/p>\r\n    <\/article>\r\n<\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Our projects Expropriations et gestion fonci\u00e8re Conseil technique pour la mise \u00e0 jour et la r\u00e9vision des affections fonci\u00e8res de l\u2019anneau p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique de Lima et Callao Services Client: CINTRA INFRAESTRUCTURAS, S.A.
