In the field of Building, URCI develops comprehensive projects. Based on the initial idea provided by the client, the feasibility of the project is analyzed, the basic projects for obtaining the licenses and the constructive projects are written, and, finally, works are supervised. All of the above is performed by multidisciplinary teams that combine architecture, functionality and facilities with the appropriate cost control.

URCI offers engineering and architectural services for building management, both in urban buildings and sports facilities, as well as in industrial buildings.
